Been in a meal rut? Make this chocolate strawberry protein bowl recipe 🍫🍓

Macros: 41g protein, 51g carbs, 11g fat

You will need:
🤍 40g cream of rice
🤍 40g @VedgeNutrition chocolate plant protein 🏷️ code: MYPLANTBASEDFRIEND for 15% off
🤍 15g @smartforlife edamame puffs
🤍 80g strawberries
🤍 16g @nuttygourmet chocolate walnut butter

Cook the cream of rice according to package instructions. Add a bit more water to mix in your protein powder. Add the edamame puffs, you can either mix in the base or sprinkle on top. Top with your fresh chopped strawberries and chocolate walnut butter.

That’s it! Easy peasy ☺️

Ready in under 5 minutes, perfect for a macro friendly vegan meal, and definitely satisfies that sweet tooth 😋

The chocolate and strawberry combo is so good, it’s become one of my favorite sweet dishes in my meal rotation!

Are you a vegan who struggles to eat enough when traveling or on the go? ✈️🚙🙋‍♀️

As a vegan of almost 9 years, I’ve definitely learned the hard way that it’s better to be over prepared than underprepared. 🎒

Nothing is worse than being out and about for hours without access to any protein sources, or many vegan options at all. 😰 #hangry

Now, I prioritize getting enough protein and micronutrients whether I’m on the go or not, so that I can consistently stay satiated and on track with my nutrition goals. 💪🏼
